Description
This is a ring with Viking symbols. The helm of awe, a magical symbol of protection and victory in Iceland. The "helm of awe" is mentioned in Eddick's poetry, and it was used by warriors and even dragons. The Horn of Odin is a symbol consisting of three staggered wine horns. The exact meaning of this symbol is unclear, but it may allude to Odin stealing the water of poetry. The names of these horns are Óðrœrir, Boðn and Són. This symbol has become especially important in modern Asatru beliefs. The symbol of the horn of Odin is also meaningful to other adherents of the Old Way, or those who strongly identify with the god Odin.
