2. Certificate of Insurance naming Next Tech Inc. as:
   • Additional Insured (CGL $1 M /$2 M)
   • Loss Payee (Inland Marine – replacement value, transit/off-prem)
   • Primary & Non-Contributory + Waiver of Subrogation

3. Card-on-file for incidentals.

4. Signed rental agreement

Shipping & Return

• Ship date: TBD – ASAP after payment, COI, and agreement are received.

• Shipping terms: Client arranges & pays FedEx Priority Overnight both outbound and return.

• Return deadline: Ship back by end of Day 30; late fees $25 /unit/day.
